Chris founded Aegis Electrical Systems in 1989 in Branford, CT. His extensive knowledge and focus on the high tech side of the electrical business and emerging technology has made him a much sought after contractor. He has been involved in solar photovoltaic installations since the 1990's and has been closely involved in the industry's exponential expansion in recent years. Chris holds an E1 Unlimited Electrical Contractor license, is a NABCEP Certified PV Installer™ and belongs to many trade associations. He and his wife, a local artist and sculptor, and their two children live in Ivoryton.

Elliott has been involved in the solar energy field for 20 years and is a member of the Solar Connecticut Board. He has installed several hundred solar hot water, pool and electric systems (both grid tied and off grid). He has also serviced over 8000 systems during his 20 years in the field, giving him extensive knowledge of nearly every type of system installed in southern New England. Elliott holds an ST-1 Solar Thermal Contractor's License. He and his wife live in Madison.
Gail Hartley has held a series of diverse positions, all contributing to expertise in her current role. For many years, she worked in the sponsored research department of a northeastern university. After returning to college and receiving a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, she was a field service and staff engineer in the semiconductor lithography industry, working with such clients as Intel, IBM, and AMD. She now enjoys staying close to home and handling the many aspects of a diverse electrical contracting and renewable energy company.
